Description:
Fiber oilstone (commonly known as the super thin stone) combine a high purity ceramic fiber with thermoplastic resin, with high hardness, wear resistance and not easy to break.
Except for the hand-held grinding, and is suitable for application of pneumatic, electric reciprocating grinding machine. It is the most ideal used in the ultrasonic vibration machine.
Ceramic fiber oilstone can grind the mold with a variety of different materials. The most suitable for general difficult grinding processing, such as narrow trench wall, ditch, hole, scratch, ribs and micro fine. Especially for quick removal hardening surface of mold after EDM.
Grinding can use water or oil as grinding agent.
