Stainless Steel Polishing Wheels

- Application:
P36 --- Cleaning welding seam (point) , removing corrosion, rust, paint and oxide; removal of paint, varnish, sealants, mixture; rapid removal of surface contaminants.
P80 --- Highly conformable, will provide a #4 RMS "Food Grade" finish. Best wheel to provide a bright, uniform linear finish on stainless steel or aluminum. Do not use on burrs !
P120 --- Used for metal and nonmetal surface deburring, grinding and polishing; also nonmetal such as wooden door surface linear finish.
P180 --- Used for metal and nonmetal surface deburring, grinding and polishing; also nonmetal such as wooden door surface linear finish.
P240 --- Used for metal and nonmetal surface deburring, grinding and polishing; also for nonmetal such as wooden door surface linear finish.
P320 --- With interleaf, more sharper and hard-wearing. Fine grit for metal and nonmetal satin polishing.
P600 --- Wheel will leave a "mirror like" finish on a variety of metals. Will not alter part geometry and do not require compound ! Also for nonmetal such as wooden door surface linear finish.
WF --- Wool felt buffing wheel, used for finish scratches of stainless steel, aluminum products. Grinding polishing after welding, and fixing all kinds of lines.
